About to spend money and want to be sure it's the right move?
We visit your home and assess the space in person. You'll receive a written assessment addressing your questions and recommended next steps.
Timeline: 3-5 business days for written assessment
$350│90 to 120 min session | Credits in full toward Space Planning or Full-Service if booked within 90 days.

Living with a room that isn't working?
Heading into a renovation and need a plan before committing to anything?
We visit your space and develop a scaled floor plan, backed by a written rationale behind key decisions. Use it to arrange or shop for furniture that actually fits the room or to communicate your plan to a contractor.

Timeline: ~2 to 3 weeks for layout delivery
Starts at $1,500 for a single room│Credits 30% toward Full-Service if booked within 90 days.
Full-Service
Tired of piecing rooms together without them coming together?
Want a renovation you won't want to redo in five years?
We manage the full design process, from concept through furniture installation and styling. This is where layout, aesthetics, and every finish and furnishing decision come together into one cohesive space built around how you want to live.
If your project involves a renovation, we work with a contractor to implement the design.
Timeline: ~6 to 8 weeks for design phase. Implementation timelines vary based on scope, trade and vendor availability.

Furnishings and materials are separate, typically from $10,000 per room
